All-Star Prep Divisions / Rules

 2016-2017 All-Star Cheerleading Prep Divisions/Rules/Guidelines

*All-Star Prep – These programs do not cheer for any organized sport, but is formed primarily for competitive purposes. Programs cannot have an official tryout process or skill requirements. Practice time for All-Star Rec teams will not exceed two hours weekly. Programs selection is based on age divisions and or team size restrictions. Coaches can be paid or non-paid. At any given event, All-Star athletes may not crossover to a team competing in a standard All-Star team division and Vice Versa at the same event.

*Prep team will be classified as co-ed, regardless of the number of males on a team. Follows same rules for splitting by team size as All Star Cheer Club Divisions.

*Divisions can be offered at both 1 day and 2 day events. However, if offered at a 2-day event, Prep Divisions will perform ONE TIME ONLY.

*Crossovers between All Star prep cheerleading and All Star Cheer Club Divisions are not permitted at the same event.

*USASF/IASF Rules and Guidelines will apply. www.usasfrules.com , No Tosses permitted in All-Star Prep Divisions.

*All-Star Prep Divisions will be offered in Levels 1-3*

*Maximum time limit for a routine is 2 minutes.

SENIOR PREP 10 years – 18 years and Female/Male 5-36 members Levels 1-3
